To manage your automatic payments through the PayPal app:
1. Log in to manage your account.
2a. For iOS, tap

Wallet.
2b. For Android, tap

Menu
and Your wallet.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click Automatic Payments.
4. Select the clare&me subscription from the list.
5. Now you have access to your clare&me subscription.
6a. Click your card under Paying with to change a card or link a new bank, or add a new card to your account.
6b. To cancel your subscription scroll to the bottom and click Remove PayPal as your payment method and confirm by clicking Remove.
To manage your automatic payments through the PayPal website:
1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Go to Settings. If you're using a mobile, you can access your settings by clicking the wheel at the top next to "Log Out" in the upper right corner.
3. Click the Payments tab.
4. Click Automatic Payments.
5. Select the clare&me subscription from the list on the left side of the page.
6. Now you have access to your clare&me subscription.
7a. To change the payment method click on our card details or the pen icon next to it. Now you're able to choose a different card or add a new one by clicking Link a new card or a bank.
7b. Select Cancel at the top of the subscription information and confirm the cancellation by selecting Cancel Automatic Payments.
To cancel automatic payment using the website:
1. Go to the customer account page or the subscription details page
2. Click the overflow menu (put 3 dots here!)
3. Select Cancel subscription
4. Choose when to end the subscription: immediately, at the end of the period, or on a custom day.
5. Choose to provide a refund for a prorated amount, refund the last payment in full, or provide no refund.
6. After all settings are finalized, click Cancel subscription.
7. By default, the cancellation takes effect immediately. As soon as the subscription cancels, no further invoices are generated for it.
